What you're buying
A weekly automated intelligence email that queries AI engines for prompts you choose, plus a read-only archive dashboard. We do our best to deliver every Monday; if a scheduled weekly report doesn't arrive within 48 hours of its expected delivery time, that week is on the house.
Refunds
Cancel anytime from the customer portal. We refund within 14 days of a charge if you let us know at support@sovwatch.com. Founding Member lifetime-rate customers keep their rate as long as their subscription is active and not in good-faith violation of these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't use SOVWatch to harass, defame, or run prompts that would violate any AI provider's usage policy. We pass along the underlying providers' policies and may suspend access on notice if usage is in clear violation.
Liability
AI answers are probabilistic and may be wrong. The SOVWatch reports describe what we observed; they are not investment advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of future AI behavior. Our maximum liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
