What we collect
- The email address and domain you submit on the sample form or signup.
- Your IP address (hashed), browser user agent, and the page you came from.
- Stripe customer + subscription metadata (after you become a paying customer).
- The prompts and competitor list you configure inside your workspace.
- The text returned by AI engines for those prompts — stored encrypted at rest.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
- We don't use your prompts, results, or workspace data to train models.
- We don't scrape AI provider websites. All queries run through official paid APIs.
Subprocessors
- Render (hosting, US).
- Stripe (payments).
- Resend (transactional email).
- OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity (AI engine queries — paid APIs only).
- Cloudflare (DNS, edge).
Your rights (EU/UK)
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@sovwatch.com. We honor GDPR + UK GDPR rights regardless of where you live. A DPA is available on request.
